Step 1 - Retrieve Appointment Record
If your full driving licence number is the same as your Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
 If your full driving licence number is not the same as your Hong Kong ID, please choose “Yes”.
 Enter “HKID Number”.
 Enter “Full Driving Licence Expiry Date”
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “e” and “f”
 Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If your full driving licence number is not the same as your Hong Kong ID, please see the below screen.
If your full driving licence number is not the same as your Hong Kong ID, please choose “No”.
Enter “HKID Number”.
Enter “Full Driving Licence Number”.
Enter “Full Driving Licence Expiry Date”
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “f” and “g”
Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
