Step 1 - Retrieve Appointment Record
If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
 If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “Yes”.
 Please choose the “Learner's Driving Licence (Private Car, Light Goods Vehicle, Motor Cycle and Motor Tricycle)” application type.
 Enter “HKID Number”.
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “e” and “f”
 Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the screen below.
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “No”.
Please choose the “Learner's Driving Licence (Private Car, Light Goods Vehicle, Motor Cycle and Motor Tricycle)” application type.
Enter “Identity Document Number”.
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “e” and “f”
Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
