Application for New Issue or Addition of Full Driving Licence/ New Issue, Renewal or Addition of Driving Instructor's Licence
Step 1 - Retrieve Appointment Record
If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the following screen.
 If you are a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “Yes”.
 Please choose the “New Issue or Addition of Full Driving Licence / New Issue, Renewal or Addition of Driving Instructor's Licence” application type.
 Enter “HKID Number”.
 Enter “Probationary/Full Driving Licence or Driving Instructor's Licence Expiry Date”
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “f” and “g”
 Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
 Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please follow the steps below and see the screen below.
If you are not a holder of Hong Kong ID, please choose “No”.
Please choose the “New Issue or Addition of Full Driving Licence/ New Issue, Renewal or Addition of Driving Instructor's Licence” application type.
Enter “Identity Document Number”.
Enter “Probationary/Full Driving Licence or Driving Instructor's Licence Expiry Date”
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
If you have Appointment Reference Number, you can use step “f” and “g”
Enter Last 6 digits of your Appointment Reference Number
Click “Continue” and go to Step 2
